PLANNING BOARD
Regular Meeting
February 1, 2012
The meeting opened at 7:30 PM.  Present were: Chairman Rick McCowan, Mark Canfield, Tom Daly, Jerry Gannelli, and John Mirick.

E. Princeton Village Forum Presentation
The board reviewed the presentation for the meeting on February 15.
Rick will begin with the introduction and review the evening’s agenda.
Mark will present results of questionnaire and discuss current zoning bylaws.
A summary on Mechanics Hall will be presented by Tom.
Mickey Splaine of the Road Advisory Committee will discuss the 140 project.
John will lead the discussion to generate a wish list, action items, and summary.

Worcester Rd Project Advisory Committee Update
Jerry reported that the committee will mail a flyer to residents on Worcester Rd and the abutting area to inform them of the February 29 Worcester Road Workshop.  

Recording of Site Plan Reviews
There is currently no requirement to record Site Plan Review decisions. John suggests the board add this as a requirement to assist prospective buyers with conditions placed on the property. It will require a bylaw change.  John will draft a proposal for the March 7 meeting.  

Administrative Business
Review & Sign Mountainside Market Site Plan Modification – the board signed the decision
Schedule Public Hearing for Sprint – The hearing will be held on March 7, 2012
Information for Bagg Hall Newsletter –Rick will review ideas
2011 Annual Report – Brenda will send draft to Rick to finalize
Meeting Minutes- January 18 Regular Meeting –Tom moved to approve, John seconded. All in favor (5-0).

Other Business
John spoke with PMLD Manager Brian Allen and learned there is not capacity to support a solar array.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:51 PM.  All were in favor.
